  • Registration for one camper. Rates are PER CAMPER. Please register each family member separately. (Children under age 2 are free with registered family member, but please register them under the appropriate "under age 2" option.)
  • Children under age 2 camp free with HSC.
  • For those who have reserved camp sites outside the HSC registered area, but would like to take part in activities at the HSC reserved area, including potlucks, campfire and other opportunities that arise.
  • Our good, old-fashioned melodrama, just 5 minutes drive from camp, invites the family to boo at villains, cheer for heroes, sing along and fill the theatre with laughter during the seasonal presentation of "Scary Poppins." Show begins at 7 p.m. Two intermissions. Menu includes salads, wraps, baked potatoes, hot dogs, popcorn, cake and more. (Not particularly allergic- or vegan-friendly.)

The Melodrama favorite returns! Young Jack and Jill Peabody live in Victorian London with their widowed father, a nutty inventor with little time to pay attention to his children. But when the children write to their favorite Super Nanny, they get more than they bargained for — instead of Mary Poppins they end up with her bizarre twin sister, Scary Poppins. And when an evil Russian ambassador shows up desperate to get his hands on one of Professor Peabody’s inventions, it’s up to Scary Poppins to save the day. Full of hilarious song satires and pop culture references, this show is a “practically perfect” parody for the whole family.
